Pup Pizza Dog Bakery is the vision of our Founder and CEO Zoey Brown — California native & current New Haven County Connecticut resident.


Zoey grew up owning various pets, and has always had a passion for dogs. In 2018, she adopted her dog Hazel from the New Haven Animal Shelter and also fell in love with the local CT pizza legend Zuppardi's style of "New Haven pizza".

However, during pizza night she didn't want her dog Hazel to feel left out of the party so the concept of Pup Pizza Dog Bakery was born. Zoey is also a recent graduate of the CitySeed and Collab Food Business Accelerator.
