Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and common digital wallets. We also accept Venmo payments to our business page in person.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Delivery/Pick-Up

How long does delivery take?

We aim to prepare your item and have it available by the following weekend your order is made. For example, if you order on Tuesday you should expect to be able to pick up your order at the Saturday/Sunday market. You will be able to select the market of your preference for pick up. If you are local in New Haven county and a market day/time isn't convenient please email us to arrange a drop off time.

Ingredients & Nutrition

What ingredients do you use?

We use simple, dog-friendly ingredients. Full ingredient lists are shown on our products page. No artificial colors or flavors are added and we also have gluten free options available.

Are your products complete meals or toppers/treats?

Our products are intended as treats. You should continue to provide your dog with regular meals and nutrition.

How should I store products?

All items should be kept refrigerated whether unopened or opened when you get home. All items can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes. Earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts and perks. Create an account to get started.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety standards, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the item leaves our care.

Safety & Allergens

Do your facilities handle common allergens?

Our facility may handle ingredients like wheat and dairy. Cross-contact can occur. Always review the label and consult your veterinarian for severe allergies.

What if my dog has an adverse reaction?

Stop feeding immediately and contact your veterinarian. Then reach out to us with your order details so we can document this with our production.
